The Boring Bits:

Please ensure that you read these terms before booking.

Payment of Deposit and signing of contract assume that you have read and agree to all of the items listed below.
​
An initial deposit is taken at your trial depending on the size of your bridal party and the cost of the booking.
Typically the deposit is 50% for wedding parties.
This will secure your booking and will be deducted from any final balance due.
If you decide after the trial to cancel your booking, or the wedding is cancelled, the deposit is non refundable in all circumstances.
It is your/ the client's responsibility to inform of any allergies, medical conditions or sensitivities.
Wedding Day Trials:

• Taking place at least one month before the big day ,we’ll get to work on understanding your preferred styles, matching them
with your overall look and a number styles ,which then can be perfected into one.
• All wedding trial fee's include the costs of any products, full use of all equipment and also Photo's of the different styles for
your reference.
• Travel is included up to a 20 mile radius of Southampton , any additional Travel is charged at 40p a mile(Round trip).
This maybe negotiable for large parties.
• There is a £50 surcharge for Trials on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
• During busy periods it might not always be possible for us to schedule trials at the weekend, particularly Saturdays.
Please check when inquiring of availability.
• If you change your mind within 7days after the initial trial and choose not to go forward with your booking, you will receive
back the deposit minus the cost of any trials (plus any travel charges).
• Trials for other bridal party members can be added on for an extra cost ( Please see price list)
• Payment for the hair trial is due by bank transfer, at least 3 days before.

​​​​​​​Wedding Day Bookings:
​
• Travel is included up to a 20 mile radius of Southampton , any additional Travel is charged at 40p a mile(Round trip).
This maybe negotiable for large parties.
• There is a £50 surcharge for weddings on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
• Bridesmaid/guest only bookings are charged at same rate as minimum fee for the first 3 persons and then £30 pp thereafter.
• Large bridal groups (bride +4) and/or an early start time may require another hairstylist at extra cost of £75.
• Please make sure that all parties wanting their hair styled, know that this fee is not refundable should they change their mind
once the deposit has been paid.
• Should you have to cancel your booking, you must do this in writing at least 6 weeks before your wedding.
If notice is given after this time, the full outstanding amount is payable.
• Any outstanding monies must be payed by bank transfer at least 28 days in advance of your Wedding Day.

​• Any discount applied at booking only applies at this time and does not apply when adding on extra services at a later date.
• Photographic/video images of the client, members of the booking or event may be used by on social media unless
you/the client has expressly withdrawn their consent in writing.
